P.S.: We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for being such a good and caring landlord. As you know, this property was the third property we rented since our arrival in the UK back in 2016 and you were the only ones that responded promptly to our queries and questions, delayed the renewal of the contract as per our request and assisted us sorting out the issues we had in vacating the property. I have already suggested to a friend of ours that was thinking to move to Windsor, to try and use you as a renting agency due to your professionalism and reliability.
